The UALR Executive MBA program is an intense, fast paced, hands-on program focused on assisting experienced managers gain the skills
you need, all in a time frame that is right for you. This program is an alternating weekend program that is completed in eighteen months
without interrupting your career.
During the initial months, the courses are focused on helping you master the knowledge and tools that every business executive needs to
make decisions. Later courses are focused on application. Faculty provide you with the opportunity to apply your knowledge in real world
consulting projects. To complete the program, you work on an integrative capstone project developing a business plan for a high- growthpotential
technology firm. In addition, throughout the eighteen-month program there is a professional development seminar which focuses
on further developing your teambuilding, leadership, ethical, and entrepreneurial skills.
You will belong to an elite network of influential executives who will become lifelong friends, dedicated to consulting regularly with each
