Faculty
Our faculty of experienced educators
and executives bring years of business knowledge and outstanding
credentials into the classroom. In addition to prior graduate-level
teaching experience, many of our faculty have national
reputations
in their fields, based on highly respected research and publishing
efforts. Others enhance their skills through consulting,
conducting
research, or developing programs for major corporations and
smaller entrepreneurial businesses.

Curriculum
The Executive MBA curriculum provides
many courses traditionally found in MBA programs, but it doesn't
stop there. The courses are sequenced so that each semester
builds on the one before, to enhance the varied work and life
experiences of you and your classmates. Our professors provide
relevant, practical applications of course content and theory.

peers, you will gain insight through an exchange of ideas and
experiences. |

Study
Teams
Study teams are an integral component
of the UALR EMBA program. Working with your study team throughout
the program helps you form close relationships with fellow
students and professors. Teams are built to reflect the real
world, with professionals from diverse backgrounds joining
forces to resolve critical issues. The strength of your team
helps you accomplish goals on multiple levels. In study teams,
individual strengths shine and teamwork promotes all members
to excel.
